How to send us your inquiry or complaint

If you scroll down you will find a contact form. If you want to send us a complaint, it is essential that you follow these simple steps before contacting us, as we will not be able to assist you otherwise:

  1. It is crucial that you can prove that you have previously contacted the trader in writing.

  2. If you do not come to agreement with the trader within 30 days since the first time you contacted them, you can contact us to explain us your situation and we will start working on it as soon as possible.

NOTE: Please, bear in mind that, depending on the number of cases we are working on, it might take us up to 15 days to reply to your inquiry or complaint.

In addition, we inform you that in order to be able to proceed with the investigation, we will request all the relevant information you might have, including a phone number, information about the trader and the emails you exchanged with them.
